The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority has launched account-based ticketing, fare capping and smartcards as payment methods that ensures registered customers never pay more than the cost of a daily, weekly or monthly pass.
The new ways to pay will help ensure daily and monthly fares are capped at the cost of an unlimited pass.
