Nominations are now open for Mass Transit magazine's 2026 40 Under 40.

We will recognize 40 individuals for their contributions and positive impact to the transit industry as part of the July/August issue. It is not a ranking, but rather a listing of individuals who have shown a capacity for innovation, demonstrated leadership and a commitment to making an impact in transit. Honorees will be notified early June and publicly announced on August 18.
