MDOT MTA’s new policy bans individuals who commit physical or verbal assaults against riders or employees while RTC of Southern Nevada is implementing new legislation to keep riders safe.
The demands follow a House Transportation and Infrastructure safety roundtable and the DOT Secretary’s call for agencies to be accountable for safety incidents.
