The site preparation includes paver removal and reinstallation, compacted stone, new installation of conduit, concrete removal and replacement for new conduit, concrete work in Bay D and electrical work. The panel board will be furnished by owner along with an owner’s 3rd party to install furnished charger and charging pads.
