Summary:
Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation’s (IPTC) goal for this RFI is to obtain information from companies that focus on DEI efforts through technological means. These means need to meet IndyGo’s Workplace DEI Strategic Plan strategies and goals. Responses should include unique and creative opportunities to survey employees, ways to manipulate and aggregate data to discover strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities, educational experiences, consulting, and using technology to effectively promote DEI in the workplace.
