Summary: Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) is inquiring about transitioning from paper-based documents to a total digital document management plan. IndyGo maintains traditional paper-based and modern digital files but wants to integrate them into one centralized cloud-based document management system. IndyGo is seeking proposals from qualified Records and Document Management companies that will provide services to meet the requirements of our Document Imaging and Retention project. The chosen vendor's services should include a cloud-based document management system, cloud hosting, secure offsite document storage, document scanning and indexing, secure paper destruction, system reporting, and software training.
