Tulsa Transit releases new mobile fare app GoPass

GoPass allows riders to pay for their trip without cash or a card.

Tulsa Transit has released GoPass, its new mobile fare app that allows riders to pay for their journey without the hassle of carrying cash or card.  

The app can be downloaded for Apple and Android.  

The app allows users to plan their trip, pay for their ticket and store their ticket until its ready for use.  

  • Plan a trip: Using the app, enter the destination to see which stop and which bus is needed to get there.  
  • Pay for a ticket: Securely store a debit and credit card in the app for faster purchases. There is also an un-banked option. Riders can choose from a two-hour pass, day pass, seven-day pass, 10-ride pass or 31-day pass.  
  • Present a ticket: Tickets are stored on the device until they’re ready to be presented to the bus driver. To do this, activate a ticket as the bus is arriving by sliding the activate now bard. Board the bus with the ticket loaded and ready. Turn the phone horizontal to present the pass.
