The 67-foot-long streetcar arrived in downtown Milwaukee on Monday. A crowd gathered on St. Paul Ave. near the Milwaukee Intermodal Station to greet the vehicle, which arrived on a truck from its plant in Brookville, Pa.

The streetcar is the first of five vehicles scheduled for delivery this year, with the rest set to arrive at a rate of about one a month. Testing of the vehicle will begin next month, with the empty streetcar running along St. Paul Ave.

Passengers should be able to start riding the streetcar, known as "The Hop," by November.
