STM Honored for Leadership Development Program

The Quebec Society of Psychology of work and organizations is proud to award its annual Phare prices Montreal Transit Corp. (STM) for its leadership development program.

The prize awarded on the occasion of the National Training Day SQPTO, aims to recognize the contribution of organizations (small, medium, large enterprise, public or private) that have advanced best practices in occupational psychology and organizations .

The application of the STM was selected for the significant steps it has put in place for leadership development, in order to support its managers in the major challenges that society must face in the coming years.

"The national jury composed of members of the Board of Directors of the SQPTO, was impressed by the quality of the leadership development program set up by the STM and its benefits in terms of commitment and employee engagement. The partnership with the University of Sherbrooke and the rigor used in this approach to concretely measure the impact was also underlined. " said Jacqueline Codsi, vice president of communications and member of the jury of the SQPTO.
