Todd Blaylock has joined Network Rail Consulting (NRC) as vice president US East. Blaylock will be responsible for providing direction in the areas of business growth, operations, staff development and project delivery. He will be based in a new NRC office in New York City.
Blaylock joins from HNTB, where he was responsible for implementing the positive train control system on behalf of New Jersey Transit. Prior to that, he worked at the Parsons Transportation Group and Ansaldo STS. He brings more than 14 years of experience with the installation, maintenance, and management of on-board and wayside train control systems.
Along with his expertise in the railroad industry, he also has more than 18 years of military aviation operations and maintenance experience. During this time Blaylock has played a central role in the implementation of a wide range of projects and served as a subject matter expert.
Blaylock said, “I am excited to start work at NRC. The company is growing rapidly and I look forward to applying my expertise to help NRC grow further.”
