    NJ Transit has several canceled trains because of positive train control and mechanical problems. 

    PATH is on or close to schedule. 

    Additionally, the NJ Transit 7th Avenue Concourse at Penn Station suffered "substantial damage to the ceiling and entrance to the concourse" during the flash flooding earlier this month in New York City.
