Bernie McCall has joined Network Rail Consulting as associate director for mechanical, rolling stock and operations, working in the recently opened New York office. Bernie’s work will focus on advisory services for rolling stock, mechanical maintenance, and facility operations, as well as providing expert consulting services and project execution for clients.
Bernie brings 35 years’ rail experience to the organization, having spent time in senior level management roles both in maintenance and transportation; he has worked in Class 1 freight rail, short line rail, commuter rail, most recently, light rail services.
Bernie’s maintenance background has helped forge more efficient methodologies in a number of organizations. Working in challenging leadership positions, Bernie has developed competent and effective teams across businesses.
Bernie commented: “I am excited to be a part of this international organization working with such a talented and intelligent group. I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences and growing the North American business.”
