On Tuesday, February 14, the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) celebrated their riders with a Customer Appreciation Day.
The CCRTA partnered with various community organizations like Metro PCS, The Park Apartments, Hurricane Alley Roller Derby and the Downtown Management District to help thank their customers for their business. The agency gave away marketing materials, various goodies and registered customers for raffle prizes.
“It’s important to our organization that our customers know that we appreciate them and that we are thankful that they utilize our services,” said Kelly Coughlin, director of marketing. “We also want to encourage those who aren’t already familiar with the RTA to come out and try our service and have a little fun doing so.”
