Wheels dedicated a new Art Shelter Mural located on Vasco Road in Livermore Thursday, June 2nd.

The newest shelter is the seventeenth shelter in Wheels Art Shelter Mural Project and is titled “Wheels – Ticket to Paradise”. The mural was created by Granada High School art students under the supervision of Ms. Laura Thournir.

Livermore Mayor John Marchand and LAVTA Board Member Laureen Turner officiated the event and gave certificates of appreciation to the students who were responsible for the design. The students responsible include: Emilie Johal, Mary Carmona, Kemi Awosanya, Cameron Sanchez, Bailey Ye and Jodi Bryant.
