Steven Frieson, PE has joined Psomas to lead the firm’s transportation/public works team for Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire.
Frieson brings more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, with a broad resume featuring extensive expertise in transportation and public works projects throughout Southern California and Nevada.
Frieson’s technical expertise spans the planning, design, and construction management of a wide variety of projects, including site development, freeways and interchanges, signing and striping, street lighting, traffic handling plans, roadway drainage, grading, traffic studies, and pedestrian/bike paths.
Prior to joining Psomas, Frieson was co-owner of Birge Engineering and Arroyo Engineers. A resident of Upland, Frieson earned his BS in civil engineering from Stanford University.
