Indianapolis Public Transportation Corp. dba IndyGo, is seeking bids from qualified contractors. Project scope includes the complete demolition services of IndyGo’s C Buildings, located at 9503 E 33rd Street. Work includes demolition of both the C-1 & C-2 building which are connected by a breezeway. C-1 is an 11,200sq ft single story building. C-2 is two stories at 6,000 sq ft each floor. No abatement will be required for either facility. Construction materials are block and concrete. Utility services to be disconnected and capped include, water, and electrical. Work includes some site sidewalk demo in addition to the removal of existing awnings throughout. Project is anticipated to begin in February of 2027. Final turned over lot to be fully seeded.
