An initial assessment of Early Bird bookings shows that the twelfth edition of InnoTrans will again be an even more international and wide-ranging event. Never before have there been so many applications after the Early Bird deadline. Compared to the same period in previous years InnoTrans has witnessed over ten per cent growth in exhibitor bookings. Eighteen months before the next event opens applications have already been received for over 80 per cent of the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. The next edition of InnoTrans will take place on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds from September 18 to 21, 2018.

International participation – a quality aspect

Once again the high number of international exhibitors is particularly evident — a quality aspect that defines InnoTrans as a leading international trade fair. Demand for more floor space is growing all the time. In particular exhibitors from Morocco and Egypt, which in 2016 took part for the first time, are demanding significantly more space — four times and twelve times more respectively. Exhibitors from Bulgaria, Denmark, Taiwan and Belarus are also planning to host larger booths at the forthcoming event compared to InnoTrans 2016.

In 2018 exhibitors will be able to increase their booth areas via multi-leveled displays, as last year the world’s leading trade fair finally reached its capacity limits on the existing exhibition grounds. With its priority of offering a wide-ranging and balanced reflection of the global transport sector it remains the aim of the trade fair to enable every interested company to participate in InnoTrans 2018.
