Trinity Metro Announces New Hires

Trinity Metro announced the hiring of Mike Stolzman as vice president and chief operating officer of Rail.

Trinity Metro announced the hiring of Mike Stolzman as vice president and chief operating officer of rail. Stolzman has more than 20 years of rail experience with both Class I and Short Lines. Stolzman was president of three separate Short Lines, including the Pacific Harbor Line in Los Angeles/Long Beach, where the company earned the Short Line Railroad of the Year award. His new role includes the Trinity Railway Express and Trinity Metro’s new commuter rail line, TEXRail.

Trinity Metro announced the promotion of Reed Lanham to vice president of strategy and technology, providing oversight of Trinity Metro’s positive train control (PTC) efforts as well as developing new strategies utilizing evolving technologies. Lanham has extensive knowledge of commuter rail systems and transportation agencies across the nation and holds several certifications related to rail operations. He previously served as manager of rail operations at Trinity Metro.
