Kambol to Lead Large-Scale Transportation Projects for WSP in Seattle

Stephen Kambol has been named a senior project manager in the Seattle office of WSP USA.

In his new position, Kambol will be responsible for management, design, and delivery of large-scale rail projects.

Kambol has nearly four decades of experience, serving in progressively responsible positions in engineering, management, business development and client service. A transportation engineering specialist, his background has been largely focused on highway and rail projects. He is familiar with all phases of the engineering delivery process including planning and feasibility analysis, preliminary and final design.

Prior to joining WSP, Kambol was the Pacific Northwest rail/transit department manager for an international engineering firm. Prior to that, he was a principal project manager for another global engineering company.

A licensed professional engineer in Washington and Arizona, Kambol received an M.A. in history and M.S. in transportation engineering from Purdue University and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
