Maloney to Lead Transportation Projects in WSP’s Portland, Oregon Office

John Maloney has been named civil manager in the Portland, Oregon office of WSP USA, formerly WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In his new position, Maloney will manage transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Maloney has extensive experience in civil engineering and construction and has managed complex highway, rail, transit and facilities projects. Prior to joining WSP, he was a senior project manager with a Portland consulting firm, responsible for client service, quality control and project delivery.

A licensed professional engineer in Oregon, Maloney received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida and a bachelor of science, applied engineering science from Michigan State University. He is a member of the American Public Works Association and is active in the American Council of Engineering Companies.
