Mazer will drive the financial, accounting, budgeting and risk management operations for moovel N.A. He will also help the company grow its portfolio of mobility-as-a-service solutions (MaaS) in the transportation market.

As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and lawyer, Mazer has more than thirty years of wide-ranging experience in financial management, strategic analysis, capital market transactions, and corporate and business law. Prior to joining moovel, Mazer was the founder of Acme Financial, which worked with early-stage organizations around the world. In addition, Mazer has worked for major financial institutions and premier law firms, including Bank of America, Allstate Corporation and SVB Financial Group.

Mazer received his law degree from Boston University’s School of Law and his early legal training at globally recognized law firms of Shearman and Sterling in New York, and Hogan Lovells and Akin Gump in Washington, DC. In addition, he previously worked as an adjunct professor at Portland State University. Mazer is very active in the community and is involved in Head Start, Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization, The Pacific Northwest College of Arts and the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education.
