Jeannette Frett joins Network Rail Consulting as Chief Human Resources Officer, North America

Jeannette Frett has joined Network Rail Consulting North America as chief human resources officer.

Jeannette Frett has joined Network Rail Consulting North America as chief human resources officer. Frett will lead the design and delivery of strategic human resources services, policies and programs.

Frett has a wealth of experience in improving performance and leading change through talent acquisition. She has held leadership roles with Banco Popular, Verizon, and the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae). At Banco Popular, she led the organization’s recognition as a “Best Employer” and “Community Service” award recipient, including “100 Best Companies to Work for” in 2005 by FORTUNE magazine and “Make a Difference Day” award by USA Today.

As a previous member of the senior leadership team at Trinity Washington University, Frett directed a number of Masters’ Programs, as well as creating a vision and strategic plan for the Business and Graduate Studies department. With a passion for education, Frett will obtain a doctorate in higher education, EdD, from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2018.
