GDRTA Ready to Transport Dayton Vectren Air Show Attendees

The Greater Dayton RTA has announced that it is the transportation sponsor for the Vectren Dayton Air Show the weekend of June 24 and 25.

The Greater Dayton RTA has announced that it is the transportation sponsor for the Vectren Dayton Air Show the weekend of June 24 and 25. Air-conditioned buses will run on a continuous loop from both the U.S. Air Force Museum parking lot and Wright Stop Plaza to take passengers directly to the air show’s main gate. 

Hours of operation for the express shuttle service are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.  Shuttles will leave from each location approximately every 10 minutes. The cost of a round-trip ride is $3 (children 5 and under are free). Only cash will be accepted on the shuttle buses leaving from the Air Force Museum. No food or drinks are permitted aboard the shuttle buses.

From the downtown Wright Stop Plaza location, the regular fare structure applies of either $1.75 cash per way or riders can use their passes.
