WavWriter is Penta Corporation’s control suite for the creation, distribution and control of audio-visual messaging and associated system equipment. WavWriter is specifically designed for transit systems such as public address systems, visual messaging systems and real-time passenger information systems.

The WavWriter system uses a map-based user interface that allows for the delivery of live, ad hoc, pre-recorded, automated and text-to-speech audio and visual messages that can be delivered to any station or zone. WavWriter is also designed for automated delivery of messaging such as arrival, departure, customer service and emergency messages through its various available interfaces.
