National Express Transit Expands Operations to Manteca

National Express Transit has been awarded the contract to serve the residents of Manteca. NEXT is slated to take over operations in November 2017.
The city of Manteca is the fifth location in California for NEXT, including the cities of Modesto, Vallejo and Merced, as well as Kern County.
“As part of the National Express Group (United Kingdom), we are a worldwide leader in fixed route and paratransit solutions,” said Judith Crawford, CEO of National Express Transit. “We will bring our experience and expertise to Manteca and our dedicated team is ready to provide quality service.”
NEXT will be responsible for scheduling, routing, staffing, and maintenance of the City-owned fleet.
