Blackhawk Engineering Promotes Baker

Blackhawk Engineering Inc. announced the promotion of Kurtis Barker to the position of general manager of its Cedar Falls, Iowa facility. In this position Barker will be overseeing operations, sales, finance and customer support. Barker has been with Blackhawk Engineering since 1997, and most recently in charge of sales and engineering. He succeeds John Oltman, who was general manager for 11 years prior to his retirement.
