SARTA Holds Transit Development Plan Meetings

The Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) will hold two Open Houses on Sept. 30, to discuss their Transit Development Plan.  SARTA invites any community members who wish to view the recommendations to their Cornerstone Transit Center from noon – 2:00 pm. or to the Stark County District Library (McKinley Room) from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 

At the Open Houses, SARTA’s project team will present recommendations for future enhancements to SARTA’s services.  SARTA is continuously striving to improve its services and looks for community input to ensure they meet the community’s needs.  SARTA realizes it’s a vital part of the community.   In order to continue to provide quality and reliable transportation services we request the community’s feedback on the recommendations for future service enhancements.  Community members that attend the Open House at the Stark County Library will be entered into a drawing for a free 31-Day bus pass. Light refreshments will also be served.

For those who are unable to attend either of the Open Houses, the recommendations will be posted ONLINE along with a feedback form to provide SARTA feedback on the recommendations.
