St. Louis Metro Transit is expanding its Via Metro STL service to more areas in North and Southwest St. Louis Counties beginning May.
North St. Louis County: New operating hours and service area
The Via Metro STL service area is being expanded on May 3 to include more communities in North St. Louis County, from Glasgow Village to Calverton Park. To make it easier for riders to travel during the evening, St. Louis Metro is also adjusting the operating hours. Via Metro STL will operate in North County from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. beginning May 3.
Southwest St. Louis County: New service areas
The Via Metro STL service area in Southwest St. Louis County is being expanded on May 3 to include more key destinations, including St. Luke’s Des Peres Hospital, Dougherty Ferry Assisted Living Facility, St. Louis County Library Grand Glaize Branch and more. The service will continue to operate its current hours, from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week.
