The Rio Metro Regional Transit District (RMRTD) is requesting Statements of Qualifications for the Design Build of the New Mexico Rail Runner Operations and Maintenance Facility in Albuquerque, NM. The RMRTD intends to shortlist this project to up to the highest 3 ranked Respondents whose Statement of Qualifications are deemed to be in the best interest of the RMRTD, in accordance with the specifications as outlined in the Request for Qualifications.
Per RFQ2026-01 Statements of Qualifications will be received through the BUILDING CONNECTED website for the project described herein no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on Friday, July 31, 2026. Delivery of proposals is the sole responsibility of the Offeror.
Autodesk BUILDING CONNECTED will serve as the project’s secure digital procurement and collaboration platform for the Design Build solicitation process. The platform will provide participating firms with access to RFQ and RFP documents, addenda, and procurement communications, while also supporting bidder questions, notifications, and electronic submission of Statements of Qualifications and Proposals. To obtain access to the RFQ Documents—including proposal forms, plans, specifications, and other documents to be used in connection with the submission of statements of qualifications of this project—prospective offerors are invited to register through the BUILDING CONNECTED at www.buildingconnected.com. Neither the RMRTD or the Owner Representative will be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, if obtained from sources other than BUILDING CONNECTED.
