RFP #26-05-001 Video Surveillance System Expansion
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase, installation, integration, and configuration of video surveillance cameras for its operations facility located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
The project includes the installation of up to ten (10) new Vicon surveillance cameras. All equipment and installation services must be fully compatible with LCTA’s existing Vicon Valerus Video Management System.
This procurement is funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and is subject to all applicable federal requirements.
A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be conducted on Tuesday June 16, 2026 @ 10:00am @ LCTA 300 South Pennsylvania Avenue, Wilkes Barre, PA 18701. Vendors who do not attend the walkthrough will be deemed non-responsive. RFP due date is July 1, 2026.

Sealed proposals must be clearly marked: “RFP – Video Surveillance System Expansion”
