ITB: LIGHT TRANSIT VEHICLES

Ohio DOT Office of Transit is accepting bids for light transit vehicles. Bids are due May 12. This four year contract will provide vehicles to rural and urban agencies across Ohio. Contracts will start on July 1, 2026. The light transit vehicle contracts will be valid through June 30, 2030. A maximum of the three lowest responsive vendors will be chosen for five different types of light transit vehicles: LTV (fiberglass over steel), LTV (honeycomb fiberglass), LTN (narrow body), LTL 22’ (low floor), and LTL 25’ (low floor). 

Bidders are not required to bid on all five types of light transit vehicles. Please see the ITB documents for vehicle specifications and the bidding requirements.

Bids are due May 12.
