PVTA RFP# 26-013 Fixed-Route Management Services

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking proposals from interested parties to provide Management Services for its fixed-route operations and maintenance in the PVTA Greater Springfield – Northampton service areas for a period commencing October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2030. The specifics of the system to be managed, and other documents relevant to this Request for Proposals (RFP), are set forth in the RFP documents.

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Presentation will be held virtually via videoconference on March 25, 2026 at 9:30 AM EST.

Proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Leland Zak, Procurement Officer, Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107, on or before April 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the Proposer unopened.
