HVAC Installation and Replacement 26-T017

Trinity Metro is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to provide demolition, installation, and commissioning services for HVAC system upgrades at the Trinity Metro Administration Building.

The scope includes the removal of existing chilled water fan coil units, capping of chilled water lines, and installation of new rooftop units with associated curbs, ductwork, thermostats, condensate piping, and engineered-stamped drawings. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and crane services necessary to deliver a complete, code-compliant, and operational system in a turnkey manner. This project is grant-funded and must meet all required Federal Clauses laid out in the Request for Proposal.

RFP documents can be downloaded from Trinity Metro’s website or the Euna (Bonfire) link below and the Proposals must be submitted electronically on Bonfire at https://ridetm.bonfirehub.com/projects/222838/details or https://www.procuretm.org/admin/procurements/350 or in hard copy to the address listed below.

Sealed proposals should be delivered by 2:00 PM on March 19, 2026. Proposers shall submit one original, one copy, and all of the required Proposal documents. All Proposal documents shall be in a sealed package, addressed as shown below, bearing the Proposer’s name and address and clearly marked as follows:

All proposals, electronic or hard copy, must be submitted by March 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to ensure timely delivery of the proposal. Trinity Metro will not be responsible for failure of service on the part of the U.S. Post Office, courier services, electronic difficulties, or any other form of delivery service chosen by the Respondent.

Proposals arriving late for any reason will not be accepted.
