FAX Maintenance Building Steam Bay Renovation

The scope of work for the FAX Steam Bay Renovation project will update a partially operable maintenance lift replacing it with a surface mounted lift as well as backfilling the existing lift and pit to make the bay working area a continuous surface, removing existing steps in the work area. The key items are as follows:

• Remove existing in-ground lift and upgrade to a surface mounted lift
• Remove unnecessary maintenance bay conduits and equipment
• Clean and repaint steam bay walls
• Re-route existing electrical and/or plumbing on the wall
