City of Lodi Transit Operations RFP
A Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the City of Lodi pursuant to the Federal Transit Administration’s Best Value Procurement Guidelines to select an independent contractor to operate transit services in Lodi. The successful Proposer must be capable of providing “turnkey” service to include daily administration, management, customer service, and operations, to support Lodi’s Fixed Route, general public Dial-A-Ride, and ADA complementary paratransit services. The term of the agreement will be three (3) years beginning on July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, with two (2) one-year options to be exercised at the CITY’s discretion.
An optional Pre-Proposal Meeting and Facility Tour are scheduled for January 8, 2026.
