PVTA RFP #26-006 Paratransit Operations & Management

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking proposals from interested parties to provide Operations & Management Services for its demand-response service programs including the Federally mandated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complementary paratransit service and PVTA’s Senior Service (Dial-A-Ride) program in all the twenty-four (24) PVTA member communities, for a period commencing July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The Contractor selected for award through this Request for Proposals (RFP) will also assist PVTA in piloting fixed-routes and providing micro-transit services as needed.

Proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Leland Zak, Procurement Officer, Pioneer Valley Transit Authority, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107, on or before December 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the Proposer unopened.
