Request for Proposal: 2025-17 Bus Advertising

The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to facilitate a Bus Advertising program. The Mass Transportation Authority is located in Genesee County. Proposals shall be submitted on or before Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 3:00 p.m. local time, at the MTA’s offices at 1401 S. Dort Hwy., Flint, Michigan or Electronically at Bidnet Direct www.bidnetdirect.com. The MTA reserves the right to waive any informality in the requests for proposals; to reject any or all proposals; and to make any award which it considers to be in the best interest of the MTA. The MTA reserves the right to use whatever reasonable and prudent evaluation techniques it deems appropriate.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission. No bids will be accepted after 3:00pm on Wednesday December 3rd, 2025.
