Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission

The Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission (CSPDC) hereby gives public notice that it issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors for turnkey management, operations, and maintenance of transit services for BRITE Bus Transit Services in accordance with the requirements of RFP #2025-001. Services include all operations and maintenance to provide fixed-route, commuter, and ADA compliant paratransit BRITE Bus transit services.

Qualified contractors interested in developing proposals for the services should submit their proposal through the online platform Euna OpenBids.

Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. on October 31, 2025.
