The Woodlands Township is seeking responses from qualified firms to this Request for Proposals (RFP) Implementation and Services for Mobile Ticketing and Fare Card System for The Woodlands Express, Contract No C-2025-0369.

The scope of work will include, but is not limited to develop, implement, support, operate and maintain a secure, end-to-end mobile phone ticketing and fare card system.
