Paratransit Eligibility Evaluation & Travel Training Services

LYNX seeks one provider to perform Paratransit eligibility evaluation and travel training for fixed-route and on-demand bus services. LYNX is asking for proposals to conduct the overall paratransit eligibility evaluation working in conjunction with, and under the direction, of the Mobility Services Department at LYNX. If the proposer intends to utilize subcontractors for any portion of the Scope of Work, the approach and the specific subcontractors and their contribution being proposed must be clearly outlined and submitted as part of the proposal. Approval from the LYNX Project Manager will be required for any subcontracted work. The selected respondent will partner with LYNX Mobility Services organization to provide excellent customer service.
