    NOTICE TO TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PROVIDERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR OPERATION OF GOBUS: OHIO RURAL INTERCITY BUS SERVICE

    Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP), is seeking proposals for an operator for the GoBus Ohio Rural Intercity Bus Service between: Toledo and Cincinnati, OH; Toledo and Columbus, OH; Toledo and Ashtabula, OH; and Columbus, OH and Pittsburgh, PA.     Vendors interested in submitting a proposal for the GoBus RFP should go to the GoBus website’s RFP page, ridegobus.com/rfp, and fill out the Intent to Submit Form. Interested vendors must fill out this form by July 1, 2025 in order to establish a file submission portal ahead of the proposal submission deadline. Once a vendor completes the Intent to Submit Form, the GoBus Coordinator will be in touch via email with a link to a unique & secure submission folder that is password protected. Please note that establishing a file submission portal via the form does not obligate a vendor to submit a proposal.


    The deadline for receipt of proposals is August 1, 2025 at 3:00PM EST. Proposals should be submitted by this deadline per the instructions listed on our website’s RFP page. More details about the RFP, including the two (2)-part Application Packet can be found at www.ridegobus.com/rfp.
