VEAM Power Plate
ITT Veam’s Power Plate connectors are a customized, high power, harsh environment solution for today’s rail applications where minimized footprints and simple coupling and un-coupling are critical. This multi-pole interconnect system is ideal for connecting railcars to bogies and other critical high powered applications such as traction motors, converters, intervehicle, energy storage, and power distribution. With an operating voltage up to 1200 V Power Plate, the Veam Power Plate meets the latest smoke & fire rail standards, delivers salt spray resistance (up to 500 hours with conductive plating and 1000 hours with non-conductive plating.) Veam Power Plate is a fully customizable interconnect offering backed by expert prototyping support resulting in a highly engineered solution for demanding global rail requirements.
