Hitachi Europe, Optibus partner to help bus fleets transition to zero emissions

The partners say their combined talents will help transit providers manage risk and cost associated with transitioning to zero-emission fleets.

Hitachi Europe and Optibus are joining their expertise to help municipalities and public transport providers decarbonize their bus fleets.

The partnership combines Hitachi’s digital and operational capabilities with the Optibus AI platform, offering bus operators the ability to manage risk and cost when electrifying their fleet. Hitachi’s turnkey solution will support both the preparation for, delivery of and post transformation optimization of the fleets.

The Optibus AI platform powers mass transportation operations in more than 450 cities around the world.
