Janus and Waitt Consulting are offering property managers and building owners the chance to save tens of thousands of dollars and profit from recurring revenue through advertising on elevator display screens.
Alternative revenue asset specialist Waitt Consulting has partnered with elevator safety and communication expert Janus to offer the E-Motive Panorama multimedia LCD display (in 38-inch or 49.5-inch widths) to select buildings at no charge.
James Anthony, executive vice president and partner at Waitt Consulting, commented: “Property managers and owners have to find alternative ways to generate more revenue on their Class A properties. This elevator medium gives them the ability to do that. No one has ever offered this level of screens, content management and cost savings to property managers.”
Announcing the end of monthly fees for display screens in elevators, Jonathan Latham, project manager at Janus, said: “The combination of the Panorama screens with Waitt Consulting’s marketing power is a win for any property manager looking for a way to not only change the riding experience in their elevators, but also save thousands of dollars in the process.”
The E-Motive Panorama uses LED-backlit LCD displays with enhanced dynamic contrast to provide vivid colored images. The screen has flexible and configurable software, allowing for rich media broadcasting in a third of the size of a typical 16:9 display. With a unique ultra-wide aspect ratio that enhances building space, the Panorama provides greater flexibility for users to design screen layouts.
