DSE Seminar to Focus on Opportunities within Existing Signage Networks

Dec. 7, 2015

Digital Signage Expo (DSE) announced Dec. 7, that its 24-part Digital Signage Seminar Program at DSE 2016 designed specifically for End Users will include an hour-long session titled, “The Great Unknown: Opportunities for Innovation within Existing Digital Signage Networks.”

David Pulgar, senior web editor at JM Family Enterprises, will present a case study overview to explain how his organization leveraged existing resources to provide new opportunity for communication and training for internal business partners. Attendees will pick up tips on how to get more value out of their existing digital communications networks.

“Our most initial digital signage project goal was to provide a unique and engaging way to display our information in the subway system at the point of transit decision-making where riders need it most. Following that was designing a user interface to display transit information to our customers that was engaging and took advantage of the latest digital signage technology. We are now looking at how we can improve the user interface and add a mobile solution that will allow all customers – especially tourists – to take that information with them, ” said Paul Fleuranges, vice president of corporate communications, New York City Transit Authority.

Registration for “The Great Unknown: Opportunities for Innovation within Existing Digital Signage Networks” or any of the DSE 2016 educational conference seminars, which are sponsored by Broadsign International and are eligible for Digital Signage Expert Group (DSEG) certification renewal credits, is available online.
