The Regional Transportation Commission’s (RTC) of Southern Nevada Transit Amenities team has been coordinating, washing and painting 75 bus shelters across the valley.

This is being done to help restore their appearance and beautify the sidewalks they reside on.

Over time, bus shelters become damaged from harsh weather, vehicle crashes, vandalism and general wear and tear. Not only do new paint coats enhance the experience for transit riders as they wait for their bus to arrive, but it also adds an extra degree of curb appeal to the streets and neighborhoods.
