The mSET Operator Performance Module leverages 4K resolution video from Luminator Technology Group’s RoadRunner On-board Video Security Systems to provide transit agencies with greater insight into operator performance. This module is equipped with connected workflows that allow agencies to capture footage of events on or around the vehicle and utilize them for ongoing training. For example, an agency might evaluate on-board footage triggered by a spike in the accelerometer and determine if the operator needs additional coaching to avoid hard stops. This training provides operators with continued professional development that can improve operator performance and enhance the transit passenger experience.
