DC: Daughter of Fallen Metro Transit Police Officer Remembers Her Father at Memorial

WASHINGTON (WJLA) – The daughter of a fallen Metro Transit police officer returned to D.C. Friday with her eighth grade class to visit the Law Enforcement Memorial and learn more about her father’s sacrifice.

Megan Morales was only 15 days old when her father 32-year-old Metro Transit Police Officer and U.S. Army Gulf War veteran Marlon Morales was shot and killed on June 13, 2001.
