The League of Railway Women (LRW) has launched its new Mentorship Program, exclusively offered to LRW members. The new program provides LRW members the opportunity to share industry knowledge, leadership, networking, presentation and communication skills, problem-solving practices, collaboration and innovation tactics, adaptability, proactivity and more.
After a pilot mentorship program in 2021, LRW has invested in the MentorCity platform, allowing participants to create personal profiles used to match mentors with mentees and easily schedule one-on-one mentoring sessions.
LRW members are encouraged to commit six months to participate. Mentor volunteers require a minimum of 10 years of rail industry experience.
