Valley Metro and the city of Mesa invite the public to attend one of two meetings on the extension of Valley Metro Rail on Main Street farther east to Gilbert Road.

Valley Metro and the city of Mesa invite the public to attend one of two meetings on the extension of Valley Metro Rail on Main Street farther east to Gilbert Road. Attendees will learn about the initial design and construction activities and station art concepts. Valley Metro’s project team will also be available for questions about the extension. The same information will be provided at both meetings.

The Gilbert Road Extension will expand light rail nearly two miles on Main Street from Mesa Drive east to Gilbert Road and includes two light rail stations, a transit center and park-and-ride.
